Annex Cloud

Annex Cloud is a San Jose-based enterprise loyalty and referral platform that integrates with NetSuite to power B2B and B2C loyalty programs for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Its Loyalty Experience Manager combines points and rewards, referral management, gamification, user-generated content, and advocacy programs — all syncing purchase and customer data from NetSuite to calculate and redeem rewards in real time. Annex Cloud is used by brands with complex multi-tier loyalty needs and large customer bases where manual program management would be impossible at scale.
